Previous Six Weeks Grade Checks

Go to FOCUS. On the right-hand side, there is a tab for your REPORT card grades; it looks roughly like this and is the one you need to use.

Review each six weeks grade and report the grade itself as a number.

Then, tell me whether that grade is 

• 'Deserved, Final' - if no changes need to be made
• 'Deserved, Want a Re-evaluation' - if the grade at the time reflected your effort and completed assignments, but you did additional work after and want the credit/redetermination now
• 'Undeserved, Want a Re-evaluation'. - if the grade at the time is not reflective of your effort and completed assignments, and you want re-evaluation.

For any grades that are not listed as Deserved, Final, tell me the current grade, the grade you are requesting, and explain anything necessary for me to re-evaluate.
